Fresh Flower Orders
Is same-day delivery an option?
Before placing your order online please call the shop to see if this is doable. Calling too late in the day may require your flowers to go out for delivery the following day.
Can I customize my floral order?
Special requests are welcome for colour, floral varieties and style and will be kept in mind when filling the order; however, there are no guarantees we can accommodate.
What floral varieties do you normally carry?
We carry a wide variety of florals that changes seasonally. If you are looking for a specific floral variety, please call the shop to see if we have it available.
Delivery & Pickup
What is the cost of delivery?
Within 2km of the shop, delivery is $10; for other parts of the city $14. There are extra charges for any delivery outside a 12km radius from the shop. Please call or email the shop to confirm for extra long distances.

How can we inquire about our event?

How far in advance do you require when booking an event?
The further in advance, you contact us, the better. It’s really never too early to start discussing and planning all the important details of your event.
Due to the busy event season this year, we will not be resuming consultations until the fall season.
Do you require a minimum spend for booking an event with you?
No, we do not require a minimum spend on booking event florals with us.
What percentage of our budget is to be allocated toward event florals?
A good ballpark for the floral budget is 10% of your overall event budget.
This is also representative of what specific look you are trying to achieve. This could be less than 10% but also more 10%.
Do you carry gift cards?
Gift Certificates are available for purchase in-store.
Do the gift certificates expire?
No, there is no expiration date for gift certificates that have been purchased.
What plant varieties do you normally carry?
We carry phaelanopsis orchids and succulents. Other seasonal selections may be available depending on the time of year - check back often!
What are your retail store hours?
We are open 10am-5pm Monday to Friday and 10am-2pm on Saturday, we are closed on Sundays and Holidays.
What is your return policy?
Plants and fresh flowers are final sale. Giftware can be returned for an exchange or full refund.
