Exciting times ahead! We’re delighted to extend a complimentary face-to-face consultation with Gloria, our esteemed lead designer for special events. Dive deep into the world of blooms and designs as we discuss the available flowers, hues, and unique elements that could enhance your wedding day. From personal flowers to the ceremonial arrangements, down to the reception, we'll cover every floral aspect of your special day.

Upon wrapping up our meeting, you'll receive a comprehensive proposal capturing our shared vision. Expect this to come with illustrative photos, an explicit breakdown of all costs, and a list of services we'll be providing.

A quick note: The consultation doesn’t automatically secure your wedding date with us. We require a deposit of 20% the proposal cost to secure your date. If you require to secure your spot in advance, please contact us by following this link.

How can we inquire about our event?

Please fill out our wedding form or our special event form to get started. You may also send us an email at info@beyondflowers.ca or give us a call at (204) 477-5787; we are always so excited to talk through the details of your special moments.

How far in advance do you require when booking an event?

The further in advance, you contact us, the better. It’s really never too early to start discussing and planning all the important details of your event.

Due to the busy event season this year, we will not be resuming consultations until the fall season.

Do you require a minimum spend for booking an event with you?

No, we do not require a minimum spend on booking event florals with us.

What percentage of our budget is to be allocated toward event florals?

A good ballpark for the floral budget is 10% of your overall event budget.

This is also representative of what specific look you are trying to achieve. This could be less than 10% but also more 10%.

Can you use the same decor from ceremony to reception?

Yes, we can.

Do you offer rental pickup?

Yes, we do.

How much do wedding flowers cost?

It depends. we don't recommend flowers we know will cost so much if out of season. We will accommodate your budget.

Do I need an event planner?

We do recommend to have an event planner. It makes the process easier and simpler.
